Slow Cooker Rice Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups vanilla soy milk or hazelnut milk
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cold margarine
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries or cherries optional
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 2 to 4 hours, stirring every hour, until the desired consistency is reached.
