Peanut and Pretzel Bark


  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
  • 3 ounces dry roasted peanuts chopped
  • 3 ounces pretzels chopped


  • While the chocolate is melting, cover a baking sheet with parchment, waxed paper or a silpat liner. Stir the peanuts and pretzels into the melted chocolate. Quickly spread into paper-lined cookie sheet. Harden in the refrigerator. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
