Kettle Corn Recipe


  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt


  • Add the vegetable oil to a large pot with a lid. Add 3 popcorn kernels to the oil and set at a medium-high heat.
  • Once the 3 kernels have popped add the rest of the kernels and the sugar. Cover and shake the pan until the popping slows down, about 3 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and toss with the salt. Pour into a large bowl and serve.
