Hi there! Just a little salad. I’ve not even been baking much but I’ve been craving some fresh salads. Add some chickpeas for protein and there’s a healthy side dish.
I actually had to buy dill for this recipe. Not a huge issue, it’s a fun herb, I just don’t really use dill besides in pickles. I should change that up! It’s pretty easy to grow to be fair if you are starting your garden. It adds a ton of flavour.
I didn’t add the cheese obviously, and it didn’t need it. It was really refreshing and I served it with bbq as well as some fake chick’n.

I don’t eat chickpeas, but with this recipe, I would certainly try them.
I love chickpea salads for work lunches, and am always looking for new variations. This looks delicious!
