Wow. As soon as the hot water hit this tea my kitchen lit up with the scent of vanilla and flowers. The pretty blue cornflowers were suspended in the tea matching the colour of the label. So pretty. It has the same vanilla trademark as the Melbourne Breakfast but it’s sweeter. The scent is much stronger than the taste, which is fine I guess, but I think this would be just best enjoyed black.
What I didn’t like with this tea was the astringency from the flowers. It gave me a weird after taste. Oh well, we can’t win them all!
