Good morning! Things are going well over here, we’re on our way to Austin tomorrow so I tried not to buy too many groceries but I went to Whole Foods hungry. At least it was mostly snack food.
Breakfast was a splurge, a Vitality Bowl. A green bowl to be fair. This is one of the super trendy acai superfoods bowl. Aka: a smoothie in a bowl with stuff on top. I’m still enjoying warm breakfasts but this was a nice change. However, it was a $12 change. So yeah. Not going to happen no matter how many anti-oxidants I got.
Lunch was a quinoa salad. Not much different happening around here to be honest. I tried to eat a few different things last week and it kind of backfired. I’m on another month of meds to keep things better in my gut but I’m worried about our trip. Oh well, I’ll try my best. Dinner was Whole Foods sushi with some cabbage salad. Wow, just noticed how boring this was!
