No April fools around here, just a bunch of boring eats. I’m going to work on being a little more lax in my diet now that my stomach has calmed down a bit, but I don’t want to push it. However, we’re going to Austin in next week and I don’t want to starve. It’s never a bad thing to have a big old salad when you can I’ve learned. Sometimes there’s no good food options. However, Austin is full of hipsters, and they love to be picky and veggie with their food. I should be okay.I still have some oatmeal cups left, and when they are done I think I’ll move back to muesli. That’s pretty much just adding back in soymilk. Should be okay. There’s a bit of sugar in these already but my stomach handled them. If I start to get meh in the am I’ll switch back for a bit.
Salads. I’d really love a sandwich soon, but salads are still easy for lunches. Dinners will be a bit better too. I mean, I generally don’t do soups for dinner but it’s an interesting change. This one was nice and roasty.
