What I Ate Wednesday 1/28/2015



2015-01-02 09.22.14Toast! Yep, I started my food day with carbs. Woop! Totally satisfying to be honest. Well, maybe breakfast could have used some peanut butter, but I at least had tea. Okay, I had a LOT of tea yesterday.

2014-11-26 11.48.47Cauliflower and lentil salad. Yeah, it doesn’t look amazing but it was pretty tasty. For dinner I had a huge craving for some Indian food so I cheated and used some simmer sauce stuff and a can of chickpeas. Don’t care, it was easy. Should have added spinach or something but I was out. Hrm, next time!
