Vegan Oreo Rice Krispie TreatsYeah. I know. I’m going to sit in the corner for a bit after this post, I swear. This weeks Sunday Supper is about captivating casseroles. There were some really good looking desserts in the list (you can check them out yourself) but I had a craving for rice krispie treats. You know you make those technically in a casserole dish right? I’m all about technicalities.

Vegan Oreo Rice Krispie Treats-2I can’t just say “I used Dandies as my marshmallows and margarine as my vegan substitutes” and post the darn recipe. No way. I had to bring it to another level. Did you know that oreos are accidently vegan? Woo! So crush em up and add them! That way you don’t have a sleeve serving if a box ever ends up in your pantry. They will be in the treats that you will have to arm wrestle for. I hope you’ve been going to the gym!
