Well, I barely remembered it was Wednesday. It’s been a long few weeks. Started my day yesterday with peanut butter toast and a green smoothie.
Lunch was garlic noodles. There’s veggies under there. I probably should have pulled them up for the photo. No idea why it was packaged pretty upside down. The noodles were great, the veggies were meh. For dinner we ordered from a Korean place so I got the veggie bibimbap. It was fantastic. There’s rice under there. So good and super healthy. No dessert because I ate way too much dinner.
