Not all bread has to take 2-3 days. These rolls from The Minimalist Baker are quick and so darn fluffy and tasty. They have quite a bit of yeast so that helps them rise so quickly. Also, I had the oven on and them sitting right on the stove so that was a little bit of extra love. I didn’t do anything different other than not pay attention to the time (I went by how they were looking when rising) and I split them into 8. Totally awesome and easy.
