I’m a sucker for easy recipes. I don’t really care that these are paleo myself, but hey! Balls! I really enjoyed whipping up these Paleo Peppermint Fudge Snowballs to be honest.
I just threw everything in my food processor except the almond milk so they were a bit more chunky. Totally no problem, but I didn’t want them to get too wet to shape into balls. I’ve had that issue before. I just eyeballed the peppermint extract (and also got it all over my hoodie, go me) so they had a nice light chocolate mint flavour.
