Another fun recipe that is great for breakfast. Unless you are lazy like me and just use leftover frosting as a drizzle. Extra energy from sugar right? This Cinnamon Roll Granola Bar recipe was pretty easy but I had a hard time getting it to stick together when I was cutting it. It doesn’t really matter since I kept it all for myself. My husband loved this one because of the walnuts. I’m trying to steer a bit away from almond butter so I used peanut butter. It gives it a way stronger taste but you know, trying to be good to my allergies even though I don’t get traditional symptoms. It’s probably all the bloating and meh though so I should keep up not stuffing handfuls of almonds in my face. I also used agave instead of honey.
I’m so glad you made these! They are one of my favorites. I almost never glaze them. Pb is a great substitute for ab. I don’t eat much pb because it can cause inflammation and I am prone to that in the winter.
