Sorry to be so cranky yesterday. So many things didn’t go my way, it was hard to climb back into civilization after that. To cheer myself up I used up my fresh raspberries (yes, the recipe calls for frozen) and made some Raspberry Chocolate Scones.
I didn’t really have any bar chocolate either, or soy creamer, but I sure didn’t complain when I had to use chocolate chips and soy milk. It went fine. I made them a bit thin (because I wasn’t paying attention and they still tasted great. I like fluffier scones but that was all on me. The scones evened handled the fresh raspberries well.
