I haven’t been baking (or eating well, let’s be honest) so I’ve had quite a few brown bananas to use up. Banana bread! The husband loves pecans so Brown Sugar Banana Bread sounded perfect.
The recipe: easy. Did I mention it’s gluten-free? I didn’t really have to substitute anything to be honest and the bread had a great texture. The husband ate most of it and it was so good warmed up with a bit of margarine. Yum. I’m going to let the photos talk today since I’m trying to get to work on time!
