Pumpkin on the mind?Â Spiced Pumpkin Bread with Maple Vanilla IcingÂ hit me when I was down so I had to make it. I had a large open can of pumpkin and needed a tasty recipe. I got one!
In this recipe you can actually taste the pumpkin, no joke. I’m a huge fan of pumpkin pie spices but this one lets the squash shine. I was also super lazy and didn’t feel like blending up the cashews so I just made a plain icing sugar glaze. It would have been better with the cashew icing, but it wasn’t so bad we didn’t finish it all ourselves. No worries.
