I can’t believe I’ve never really made elephant ears. I was thinking about them and how they should be pretty easy if you buy the puff pastry. I found a recipe by Ina over at Food Network and I was correct, super easy! Perfect for getting ready for the weekend.
I didn’t have to make any substitutions, already all vegan thank goodness. I wanted to make a bunch of tiny ones and they were perfectly bite sized. This weekend is jam packed, I hope I can get enough time to bake cookies! I have a tennis lesson, a dinner party at my house, a promised coconut birthday cake, and hiking all off the top of my head.
