I’m going to try to make an effort in cookie choices, honest! And first change on the list is something not round. That’s why today’s cookies are not round. Kind of. Let’s just all agree they are not fully round. Crescents are only part of a round bit, so it counts. Walnut Crescent Cookies are tasty anyway, no matter if you make them a crescent or not.
I have to admit I kind of dig Kirsten’s fatty crescents rather than my smaller ones. They did puff up a bit in the oven but not a lot so I’d keep them more thick next time. I also doubled the walnuts and I really loved the added flavour.
