So, I had two birthdays to bake for this week at work which was fun. On Monday I made cupcakes but yesterday I made cookies. I made theseÂ Kitchen Sink Chocolate Biscotti from Vegan Cookies Invade Your Cookie Jar.
I’ve made a ton of biscotti before and I was kind of surprised on how fragile these were. Tasty for sure but they took some babying to keep them together. The directions give you a ton of options for mix-ins, I picked chocolate chips, hazelnuts and cranberries. They of course turned out great and got inhaled quickly.
This weekend I have tennis, an art show, an afternoon party and of course lots of baking. I don’t have anything baked for a post for tomorrow and I should grocery shop since I’m out of all-purpose flour and granulated sugar. Oops, looks like I’m out of margarine too. Hrm. I’m off to tennis and the grocery store!
