I didn’t have any awesome blueberry almonds so I just made due with some sliced almonds. I checked the cupboard and I was out of white chocolate chips so I ended up with dark. I decided to use almond butter instead of peanut butter and I substituted the honey for agave. Okay, okay, I kept the oats, cranberries and the coconut oil. With so much messing around they still turned out tasty. Probably too liquidy when the coconut oil was melted but they held up fine in the fridge. I blame that totally on my runny almond butter. They definitely hit the spot.
