I made breakfast bars this weekend so I had something different for breakfasts. Figures, they got bagels the day I brought these. Oh well, sometimes you can say no to bagels, it just hurts a little bit. The husband is trying to watch his sugar intake so these are perfect treats. Not too much processed sugar plus dried fruit is so much better than most of the things I make.
It was kind of dreary in SF, the fog is back (yay!) so I had some veggie chili for lunch. It hit the spot, that’s for sure. It was deceptively filling as well. Not filling enough for me not to finish my chips. Heh. Dinner was stir fry with fake pepper steak, asparagus, broccoli and onions. So very tasty.
