It’s Sunday and no yoga. The instructor couldn’t find a sub so I got to sleep in a bit and I celebrated with cake. While I’ll eat normal cake for breakfast (so sorry, so fat), I found this recipe for Maple Syrup Ginger Breakfast Cake and it sounded perfect. I cut into this warm (almost live blogging again) so it looks a bit undercooked but it was fantastic. It was sweet but not decadent, and it is perfect for breakfast. The ginger was a really great addition. This would be something perfect to bring to a brunch potluck. Now to decide what to do with the rest of my Sunday!
