Aw yeah, cinnamon rocks. These Cinnamon Crunch Scones originally have mocha drizzle which didn’t appeal to me but the rest of the recipe was just right up my alley.
The texture on these scones was just awesome due to the corn starchÂ and flax. Light and fluffy and just as tasty the next day. That’s pretty rare to be honest. I thought the brown sugar on top would maybe melt in a bit but it pretty much just hung out and was it’s fabulous self and added a bit of sugary crunch to the whole deal. I just made a plain glaze and it worked fine, all the scones were gone pretty quickly between two of us so I’m happy I made a full batch.
