pbj ice creamIt’s been awhile since I’ve made ice cream. Peanut butter & Jelly sounded great so I got on my way. I’m pretty sure I shouldn’t have subbed in unsweetened almond milk for the required soy creamer but it is what I had in the fridge. It did take away from the creaminess but not away from the flavour. I haven’t made much from The Vegan Scoop but it seems like an okay book. I guess I won’t know until I try them all 😉
