Yes, in case you haven’t noticed my default flavour profile is chocolate and peanut butter. I can’t help it. I’m an addict, and this week’s #SundaySupper is 5 ingredients or less. What can you do with only 5 ingredients? Well, if you are craving chocolate and peanut butter you can make some easy, no bake, peanut butter bars covered in chocolate.
Basically these are a vegan  buckeye, or peanut butter ball without the hassle of rolling them into a ball and then dipping them. Do you know how long it takes to do that part? That’s why I only do it once a year around Christmas. This is so quick. They only have to hang out in the fridge for about a half hour until you can cut them into squares! So maybe it takes about 35 minutes total to make these babies. I made them all fancy with crunchy peanut butter but you can use any nut butter you want, just make sure it is your favourite!

Chocolate & Peanut Butter Squares
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 lb confectioners' sugar 3 to 3 1/2 cups
- 1 1/2 Cups peanut butter
- 1 Cup margarine melted
- 1 12 ounce bag vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine graham crumbs, sugar and peanut butter and mix well.
- Blend in melted butter until well combined.
- Press mixture evenly into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Melt chocolate chips in microwave or in double boiler.
- Spread over peanut butter mixture.
- Chill until just set and cut into bars (these are very hard to cut if the chocolate gets "rock hard".
