If you like peanut butter you have to make these No-Bake Peanut Butter Energy Bars. Seriously. It’s peanut butter overload in case you couldn’t tell by the 1.5 cups of peanut butter in these gems. If you are dieting… run away. That’s a lot of calories yo.
They taste just like the inside of my Peanut Butter Balls to be honest, even without the powdered sugar. It is probably the peanut butter and raisins instead of dates. I did use vanilla protein powder but I can’t imagine these being bad with chocolate. All the nut butter in these is a bit too much for me for an “energy” bar or for my workout but it makes a darn tasty dessert with a protein punch.
