My husband really loves cheesecake. I do not. So, to be honest here I really put off making this Limoncello Cheesecake Bites recipe even though I knew he would enjoy it. I had some limoncello from the ice cream I made in September so I decided to put it to use once again (in a recipe as opposed to just a shot!).
Hannah’s recipes are pretty tried and true. This one was no exception. And so very easy. To be honest I shouldn’t have put it off so long, making them went quick and the husband loved them. Â Yes, I had one and actually it was really good! The limoncello was giving a subtle lemon flavour and really worked in this recipe. I’m generally a booze-free dessert girl but I’m pretty sure I’ll be making these again in the near future.
