I’ve been meaning to make these Chocolate Oatmeal Peanut Butter Bars since October. Better late than never right? I love peanut butter cookies so there was no denying that I was going to make these.
All I really had to do was use margarine, almond milk and some applesauce. It was so easy. I left them in the fridge overnight after putting on the topping and it was perfect. The topping doesn’t get super hard in the fridge so they were still easy to cut and eat. I didn’t have a lot of light but the cocoa powder I used was dark hence how dark the topping looks. These are a great snack and I shared with coworkers. They were gone in a flash so that’s some high praise, especially so close to new years!
