Vegan Chocolate-Peanut Butter Pudding RecipeThis weeks Sunday Supper is all about 1 pot. To me this means something easy. An easy dessert? Pudding. I definitely go through pudding phases. Instead of trying yet another pudding recipe I decided to make my own.  I wanted something rich and full of flavour and that’s exactly what this recipe gets right down to!

Vegan Chocolate-Peanut Butter Pudding Recipe-3Chocolate and peanut butter. In case you want a nice smooth pudding I opted for creamy peanut butter in the recipe but for a bit of crunch on top you can add whole peanuts. The salted peanuts go great with the sweet rich pudding. It’s so easy too, a saucepan and a little whisking are all that is required. I used almond milk but it would work great with other non-dairy milks like hazelnut, soy or even coconut.
