Since my last chocolate froyo turned out so well I had pretty high hopes for this recipe from Savory Sweet Life. Chocolate, peanut butter, frozen. Nuff said.
This one was… okay. It won’t go on the list again. In fact, you know it’s not so amazing if the husband is telling you that you can finish it off. The problem? We both didn’t think it was chocolatly enough. Lesson I thought I knew proven though: don’t use cocoa powder, go all out and melt some good chocolate. It makes all the difference. Even when eating it with new motorcycle gloves on. I multi-task yo! (also, they are getting returned, I don’t like em much, that’s another story).
