How many more to go? Eek. I feel… tired. Girl Cooks World had a basic recipe for Coconut Ice Cream so I gave it a churn. Get it? Yeah, I’m sorry.
It was creamy and tasted awesome. I used basic granulated sugar and it turned out fine. Even with just coconut milk as the only flavour it was subtle. If I had added vanilla it would have been vanilla ice cream for sure. This is a great basic. Thick and creamy, a keeper for sure. This is perfect “a la mode” ice cream.
