I kind of struggled on a third recipe so I settled on Roasted Garlic and Sriracha Hummus. I mean, you can’t go wrong with hummus, and it’s such a great easy snack. The best part about making your own hummus is controlling the consistency. Obviously I like it chunky and rustic. I have an amazing blender and food processor so it’s not because I can’t get something smooth, I just prefer a bit of texture.
The roasted garlic was great in this, but I didn’t add enough Sriracha I think. My mistake but really you have to season to taste. Honestly, when I am eating leftovers I can just drizzle some on top, no worries. I used canned beans and it took no time to whip up.
