I probably need to stop with the strawberries. I just can’t help it. They are out of season but I keep on searching for them. I’m not obsessing per se, but I’m really digging strawberries in desserts.
I had a tetra pack of tofu in the pantry so I decided to make some Strawberry Whip. Super easy, I actually used strawberry agave nectar because I had it. It just sort of made things a bit more berry like but this recipe would be more than fine with regular agave. No extra whip since I didn’t have any on hand. Doesn’t matter, I inhaled this portion too quickly to notice.
