I can’t turn down a raw treat, especially in ball form. I just love them in my fridge for quick bites. For my second recipe of the weekly blogger challenge I chose the Banana-Cashew Balls.
I had never actually semi-dehydrated bananas in the microwave before. It was a pretty cool idea. You don’t get the sogginess from the banana so they hold up well. I’m going to be honest here and just admit I threw everything in the food processor and let it do its thing. They probably were more processed than what the recipe calls for but I just like them that way.
