It’s…interesting. Unfortunately I have taste buds and could still taste the cauliflower. It gave it an “earthy” flavour but the lemon was pretty strong so it really did try to cover it up as best it could. It was okay. Not as hated as the avocado but the husband had a bite and thought something was wrong with it (I didn’t tell him it was cauliflower, he hates cauliflower) and he wouldn’t eat it. It’s an interesting recipe if you are on a strict diet or something but not something I’d make again.
