Yep, more scones. This time I took another route: there’s only 2 tablespoons of sugar in these Banana, Hazelnut & Cinnamon Scones if you don’t count the banana. They were so very light and the hazelnut flavour really shined.  It was always a pleasure to get a bite of banana, and the cinnamon sugar topping is always a treat.
I used margarine, almond milk with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar for the buttermilk, and completely omitted the egg since I was making a half batch anyway. These were very light and gave my tastebuds a moment to wake up in the morning.
