I’ve never had a Romesco sauce on purpose. I mean, I’ve had lots of Mediterranean food and it’s been served with some things but I’ve never gone out and ordered it. I totally forgot about this “creamy” sauce until I saw Elise make some and thought it would be a great way to spice up some of my meals.
I wasn’t expecting it to be so spicy. I don’t know why honestly, I might have not measured the garlic and it showed. It was super garlicy which was awesome. Lots of flavour. The recipe makes a lot so it’s a good thing I have a ton of broccoli to steam!
