Lupicia Yamabudo (Mountain Grape)

Holy cow this smelled like artificial grape when I opened the packet. This Lupicia Yamabudo oolong tea really packs a scent punch.

I do really like fruit teas so I knew I would like this one. I do think it tastes a bit artificial and I keep on expecting it to be purple. Honestly to me the oolong is overpowered. I’ve never had a grape tea so this is a pleasant surprise  I don’t think it will knock peach out of my favourite spot but I might buy it for variety or look for another brand that might have more of a natural taste. It is definitely a novelty tea in my book. Fun enough to drink on my own but I wouldn’t serve it at a tea party 😉
