Honestly, I’m going to set this Babycakes book away for a bit. I had high hopes for these, especially since it had just all-purpose gluten-free flour. That tends to work out. I made these for a party and couldn’t bring them. The texture was bad and crumbly. No idea why. It actually spurred me to make my own damn recipe so that’s a good thing. However, a full batch of icky cookies is a bad thing. So sad, that chocolate could have been used for something edible.
