I woke up late today. Bagels are on the menu this week but I didn’t feel like buying any. Toast will do. Since I woke up so late I didn’t feel like eating lunch which was supposed to be leftover pizza. I had chex mix instead. Go me?
And then I wasn’t hungry at all for dinner. I didn’t want tofu steaks. I didn’t really want to cook so I had leftovers. Something green, something protein and something starchy. It all worked out in the end. I doubt I’ll hit on the dessert tonight, I just don’t feel like eating. I’m reminded I need to keep up with intuitive eating. I’ve been eating a lot and it’s catching up with me.
