I have to admit, we love our dehydrated tofu around here. Crumbled on salads, knawed on like barbarians, whatever works. I really like the yummy tofu jerky but decided to switch it up with a new recipe from vegweb: spicy jerky.
Honestly, it’s not that much different, and I think I do like the yummy jerky a bit better for the spices. This one is quite peppery. If you have any good jerky or marinades throw them my way, I’m always looking for something to throw in my dehydrator!
