Yep, this recipe calls for a cup of mashed banana. I added more. I’m lazy. Also, my silicone bread pan that I use for some loaves is wider than a regular loaf tin so I just made it a bit bigger overall. Not big enough to handle all of the excess banana because these were super extra moist and it kind of stunted the rise. Not bad but there was no chance of these babies drying out after I made them. Very tasty and it got inhaled at work.
