I love living so close to Gilroy. What do YOU do when life gives you a whole bulb of garlic? Roast it. Spread it on bread, make pesto, so many options. Roasting is so easy. Cut a bit of the top off, drizzle with olive oil. Wrap in foil and pop it in a hot oven for a bit. This one was 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
Yeah, it’s awesome. This one is a bit underdone. You can keep peeking at it, there’s nothing wrong with that. You can buy a fancy bulb roaster, but why bother when tinfoil works. Thank you CSA for brining me garlic right to my doorstep!
