Take two on the gluten-free baking for the party. Brownies. Can’t go wrong! Unless you are having a bad baking day. These¬†Raspberry Truffle Brownies probably would have rocked had I had better mojo.

In fact they tasted amazing. However I didn’t bake them long enough for the gluten-free flour. Also, I think these might need a bit of gluten for structure. So yeah, another dessert made and not brought to the same damn party. Thank goodness they still tasted amazing, I just used a spoon.
