It’s Wednesday and I had oatmeal for breakfast. In case you’ve missed it, I’ve had oatmeal every day this month. I dunno, I get on a kick. I really like oatmeal. I haven’t even been mixing up the flavours a lot. Oh well.

Lunch was a big tupperware of red beans and rice. I’ll post about it tomorrow or the next day. Pretty tame in flavour but I still liked it. I needed grains and protein for my workout.

Honeycrisps! Yay! These are tiny though, so I had a nectarine too. I should have chopped up the nectarine, it ended up in my retainers. I hate that. I’m orthodontically challenged some days.

Before I worked out I had a green protein shake. I was missing some greens in my life so it was close to a blender full of kale in there with some protein powder and unsweetened almond milk.

Not very hungry and it’s already 8:30 so I made some ramen. I know I should eat but I’m just not feeling it. Some days I come home from working out ready to eat my arm and some days I just don’t want food at all. One day I’ll figure out why but until then I’ll still try to have a little dinner. Tomorrow I’ll be hungry all day more than likely so I might as well start to head that off.
