This is a super quick dinner that is very tasty. I found this recipe for soyrizo pasta dinner over at Meet The Shannons this past week. There was mixed reviews on the addition of the chickpeas. At first I thought they were weird but then got used to them. The husband didn’t like them at all. I mixed it with the pasta before serving so it got in all the nooks and crannies.
While it was pretty tasty, this is the meal that got me to flip back to my fruit/veg/grains/legume diet for a bit. It killed my stomach. Probably not the meal on it’s own, but too much processed food every day. I felt bad for over a day after eating this, no matter how tasty.
