Yum. I had some strawberries that had seen better days and some puff pastry. These Strawberry Mug Pies looked like a great idea. Pretty much one of the easiest desserts ever, you can make it on a Monday evening and not be stressed out. The basic recipe is so easy. Don’t have enough strawberries? Not a worry, just fill up the mugs (or ramekins in my case as I felt I had to share) and then top them with some pastry. Super easy. And a perfect way to get over the Mondays.
