2 ingredient dinner, 3 if you add cheese or cheese-like substance. I bought some pizza dough at Trader Joe’s since I was feeling lazy. Right by the dough was the Chicken-less Pulled Chicken. I remembered a post from Stylish, Stealthy & Healthy and she did the same thing (but non vegan style). My vegan meat came already sauced and while I was going to put cheese on half I forgot. Next time I’ll spread the dough a bit more even so I don’t get a lot on the top, but hey, I was feeling lazy and it was a super easy meal. Next time I might even season it a bit more or use a different mock meat product since I wasn’t in love with the chicken texture. It would probably be an awesome way to handle leftovers or something too!
