You can’t help but have high hopes for something deemed “The greatest vegan waffle recipe in the world” right?  I’ve made some pretty amazing waffles. In fact, that’s pretty much how I use Mr. Foreman exclusively lately. Making waffles. At least once a week. Hrm. I might need to moderate that a bit. Anyway: waffles. Love them.

But these were just okay. Don’t get me wrong! There’s something to be said about non-fancy waffles. But they weren’t epic non-fancy waffles. They were good, but I wasn’t in love with the texture, so I will probably not make them again. I did like the brown sugar in them though as the sweetener.
