Raw Flax Seed Crackers

The dehydrator strikes again. This recipe was super easy but it wasn’t a favourite here. That’s mostly my fault because of the herbs I chose. I went with Italian seasoning because it sounded safe and honestly I didn’t have anything fresh. Unfortunately it didn’t work out in my favour. In fact, the husband said he liked the tofu jerky better. I was surprised!

I’ll probably try this one again but with different seasonings. Still not really decided on what herbs to use, I’ll need to brainstorm that.
